Our company
Noa Systems Ltd. combines HPI consulting and HPIT (Human Performance Improvement Technologies) in the development of our applications. We invented algorithms that improve human behavior and implemented them in our unique websites. We introduced the concept of HPIT (Human Performance improvement Technologies) and implemented it in our websites and software. Noa is a world-wide unique provider of innovative psychology based web services in the emerging market of New Media.
Raanan Haas - the founder
Mr. Raanan Haas, the acting president, and the majority owner of Noa Systems Ltd. He has MA in social, vocational and organizational psychology with a special emphasis on IT and business, and BA in Psychology and Economics. Mr. Haas worked as an OD, HR and HPT consultant from 1986 till today. He started Noa systems as a consulting firm, which later became software house.
Mr. Haas is HR and IT entrepreneur.
