Education websites do not come with psychological tools and vocational consulting is expensive and not always available.
Lack of such solution creates frustration for the person and also for the educational institutions. W

Research shows that if there is a mutual satisfaction there is low turnover. Current job boards emphasis on efficiency, which means that their objective is to send as many as possible CV’s to the organizations – which creates a lot of work for low transfer ratio. 
On the other hand job seekers very often waste their time on jobs and/or organizations that does not meet their needs.
